James' and Dan's Cottages are idyllically located in the village of Balmaha, on the quiet shore of Loch Lomond in Scotland's first National Park.
With stunning views over the loch and the islands of Inchfad and Inchailloch, these detached houses offer direct access to the loch through a shared pathway. There is a sandy bay and a marina nearby where boats can be hired. This is an area rich in natural beauty, with the West Highland Way footpath on your doorstep.
Balmaha is the perfect place for walkers and cyclists who wish to explore their surroundings, admire the magnificent scenery, or
discover mythical tales and legends of an area steeped in history. There are several golf courses nearby and excellent fishing to be had on the loch.
Stirling, Glasgow and Edinburgh are all within easy reach. Good food is always available at The Oak Tree Inn (200m) where you can
be assured of a warm welcome.
